Here’s your great review. ### 1/5 — Rage bait *2026-04-27, version 4.144* Horrible app that will test your patience, I’ve never have been compelled to write a review about anything besides this horrible tedious process that was registering a warranty fix ts ### 1/5 — Totally Unimpressed *2025-12-29, version 4.134* I an 200% unimpressed with the process and requirements to register for a one year warranty on a superbly over-expensive screen protector. I went back and retried a few times, completely closed the app and retried and it still didn’t work. After leaving the app for a Fer hours then returning it finally worked. Zagg sells this product as two years but during the registration you find out it’s only one and it’s actually delivered by “warranty life” not Zagg. Look up their reviews on other platforms and you will see how bad they are. I later attempted to make a claim and this company gave me the most ridiculous runaround and never paid out. Two stars is generous. ———————— Original review: Warranty Life will attempt to sell you products services etc during registration— car insurance?!!?! Zagg advertises protection for your device but you’ll find out at the end of the registration process that Warranty Life will not honor the same coverage promised by Zagg. For example Zagg indicates two years, but warranty life shows only one. Warranty Life indicates the warranty is not valid if bought from a Zagg retail operation that also does repair (“repair shops”). Which is all of them that I’m aware of at least around the Denver metro area. This whole thing is such a scam. It’s ridiculous. Return your voucher card to Zagg asap to get your money back. You still have 30 days. Send a message to their corporate office that we won’t tolerate being taken advantage of. ### 4/5 — Too Quick *2025-06-14, version 4.117* The app itself is good, so far, but set up is a bit slow or too quick. Wants me to send photos that are physically impossible to take and suggest I purchase a second phone to take a photo. I’ve been without a phone for well over a week now because these Canadians are playing games on the phone and have been denying my claim saying something about a screenshot that has absolutely nothing to do with my claim. I purchased the plan and and used their app to register my device and it all went through without a problem, they took my money and here we are.
