Whenever I want to use this app it never loads hence I now go to Rowe’s in Penzance

The app endlessly crashes so I can’t see my vouchers, the staff are very helpful and will tell me what’s available when I scan the barcode from my Apple wallet however it’s pretty useless as an app otherwise.

I use Warrens 5 times a week, this app is a total failure. Can’t even get it to open now. Beyond a joke!

Really disappointed with the app, I actually buy several drinks per day from the Derriford site, the app crashes when you open it. The staff take your number and say point as added. I’ve now made a note of every coffee I purchase and when the app does open there are not enough stamps for the amount of coffee I’ve bought. It feels like a scam as at least with the card you could see, now I have no idea as the app is rubbish

Mobile internet is patchy at best in Cornwall, this app is not dot for purpose. I resorted to screenshotting my barcode, only to find it wouldn’t work after an update. The update crashes upon app open, needing a reinstall. Of course, in shop they advised me to delete the app and reinstall, over the non-existent mobile data 🤪. Product managers, devs, please think this stuff through.
