I hated going to the gym not knowing what to do. I didn’t want to pay for a personal trainer. So this app is awesome as I don’t need to think about it! I’ve done the 12 week Warrior Reborn & Transform and just started the Warrior Bootcamp. I’ve lost weight without thinking about it but it wasn’t so much about the weight, it was how I feel about myself that’s the biggest change. I feel so much more confident and sexy! My partner very much likes the new me too 😊
