I think customer care is not there?? . I’m doing online purchases since last 10-12 years, but first time this happened. Now the delivery is delayed, and the occasion has already passed. What exactly am I supposed to do with that T-shirt now? What makes this even worse is your absurd and unfair return, exchange, and cancellation policy. Despite failing to deliver on time, you are still charging cancellation fees. How is it justified that the customer pays the price for your delay? And their app is just a waste. There no proper tracking of the product and no customer support.
