What sets WarriorUP apart for me is the holistic approach taken to wellbeing. I find the daily tasks most useful as they make me more conscious of health with regard to my body, mind and nutrition. These daily practices allow for me to build my individual awareness of each of these facets of health, which empowers me to make better, healthier decisions not just when using the app but throughout each and every day
