I have some rewards, but I still end up having to pay for things that should be covered. Rewards aren’t redeemed. What’s the point of this app?

Used to use the old web based loyalty scheme and never had any issues. Saw that they had launched this after a few years hiatus , so signed up. First scan (from receipt) worked fine. Three subsequent attempts at the till and via the receipt have all failed. 
Add in that the “reward” is so much poorer than previous scheme….  Life is way too short to waste time on this. Now to find time to work out how to delete the account before deleting the app

There is no QR code or loyalty ID to scan for the points. Staff at wasabi said it sometimes happens. Would appreciate a bug fix

Buy 19 bento boxes, get the 20th free makes it barely even worth getting your phone out to scan the QR code. I guess that is why the loyalty scheme is hidden behind points. I think with the old scheme pre 2020 you used to get the 8th or 9th free.

Hello, this is a good scheme but would be even better if it was possible to use it in Apple Wallet. Any plans doing it soon? Thanks

The app is good and works well, I just find it unlikely I will use it due to not being available in the apple wallet.

Simple with no bloat, can view rewards balance, stores, and order history.

Mobile ordering would be nice but that’s a completely separate operational motion with nothing to do with the app.

Thank you for publishing on the US App Store! Not enough developers do this, and if you didn’t there’d be no way for me to get your app.
