I reported a problem we had last time due to stains on the sofa. The support team initially messaged me and told me they would send someone. After a couple of days with no contact, I had to follow up via WhatsApp.

They called me and strangely asked about “the girls” and how they were — which I found quite unprofessional — and then asked me how the support team was. I told them they were very responsive at first, but then no one followed up. She told me she took note of my feedback, and we agreed they would come to fix the sofa problem they had caused on Monday, August 4 at 9:00 AM.

On that day, nobody came. I messaged them again, and until now, no one has gotten back to us.

I wish to rate your disastrous customer service everywhere possible.
