Great wash with great results, great city location. App was a bit rough around the edges to begin with, but that’s to be expected and it’s improved quite a bit. I believe the average person, who maintains a clean vehicle, will absolutely have a great experience with not only the wash, but the wash club. Finally the cheap product amenities and mat machines are a good touch. Think air fresheners tire shine xyz, and the stripes left on the car mats is my favorite part, they all work well I’m a fan. 👍 ### 5/5 — Manages Car Wash Membership *2022-10-09, version 1.3* I use the app to manage the car wash memberships on my vehicles. It works well. There is a way to cancel your membership within the app - you just click the silhouette in the upper right corner, go to My Cars, click the vehicle you want to cancel, click the Wash Package button, then click Cancel Subscription down at the bottom. It works well for what it is intended to do. ### 4/5 — X press wash does a good job *2023-11-23, version 1.4.2* I have been through three different vehicles, used several different locations with only minimal issues. Staff is easily accessible by phone or in person. The issues included getting billed for the wash club kit available at the vacuum station and not receiving the item. Been a member for only 6 weeks but I have been very satisfied. The price seemed a bit high but once I figured out what my water bill would of gone up (my city is VERY proud of their H20) plus the time and hassle of doing it by hand the price is very reasonable! I would of given it 5 stars but the only critique I have would be the drying agent and blowers could be better...I still have to dry it by hand which isn’t that big of a deal but it’s just inconvenient, especially when I’m in a hurry.
