The washers only have hot water, even when cold is the choice. Not sure if the lint “pipes” have ever been cleaned. Could be a five star app. *2026-08-16, version 7.0.0* Very convenient compared to needing to have quarters around the house all the time and then lugging them around. I was afraid of losing money or having issues after reading older reviews but I haven’t had any issues with that. I only have two complaints and I hope they fix them asap. 1. You have to add set dollar amounts. Starting at $10 Sometimes I only want to add $1 but the minimum is $10. I feel like companies enjoy holding onto peoples money because big corporations can turn $1 from 10,000 people into big money through day trading. Idk if they do that but I don’t want my money held hostage for any reason that doesn’t benefit me. 2. Adding time to the dryer .25 cents at a time. The biggest most annoying one. When adding time to the dryer, you can only add 25 cents at a time and then you have to go through a whole routine to do it. Press this. Wait for this. Press that. Repeat. 10 times. And sometimes it takes REALLLY LONG because the software glitches and it can’t find the dryer. I’m hoping they fix that one. Soon! Otherwise it’s super convenient and you can track what’s available and how long until your load is dry. ### 1/5 — Dryers *2026-08-16, version 7.0.0* When adding or extending time. They limit your refunds after a couple and essentially you pay at least double from then on out. 17.50 for two loads of laundry. They claim to send techs if you have issues, but no techs show up and the issues are marked resolved. Nice room, pleasant hosts, loved breakfast; the breakfast lady was very nice, helpful and engaging. The first time using the washer and dryer was easier than I thought. I would stay at this hotel again. Oh and we utilized the pool often.
