I washer si sono sempre presi cura delle mie auto, sia dentro che fuori, è la comodità del servizio a domicilio era impagabile. Purtroppo però, da due mesi a questa parte, mi sono stati cancellati ben 6 (sei) lavaggi prenotati, in un paio di occasioni anche con telefonate all’ultimo, adducendo sempre come motivazione l’indisponibilità del washer. Mi sono stati inviati un paio di voucher sconto, ma servono a poco se non riesco ad avere il servizio richiesto. Ho persino chiesto ad un operatore telefonico di essere ricontattato da un responsabile per capire come mai mi fossero stati cancellati tutti gli ultimi lavaggi prenotati, ma la mia richiesta non ha mai avuto seguito. Ovviamente nell’ultimo periodo mi sono dovuto rivolgere altrove e non credo che continuerò ad usufruire di questo servizio, che nell’ultimo periodo non mi è mai stato erogato. ### 2/5 — Ottima idea e assistenza. Molto curato il servizio post vendita (non ero soddisfatta del lavoro e mi hanno offerto una nuova pulizia a carico loro). Mi hanno fatto bene l’interno (che può essere fatto più o meno bene a seconda di chi te lo fa) ma per l’esterno credo vinca ancora il lavaggio classico a mano. Parlo per chi abita in città (quindi auto con tanto sporco e inquinamento). Consiglio per l’azienda: Forse provate a usare altri tipi di detergenti? Non so. Però avete un ottimo customer care! ### 1/5 — l'applicazione peggiore di app store *2021-10-14, version 5.0.41* l'applicazione peggiore di tutta la mia vita, non riuscivo a prenotare un lavaggio, ho chiesto aiuto e dopo un po' che messaggiavamo mi hanno salutato e chiuso la conversazione senza che mi avessero risolto il problema. Alla fine sono riuscito da solo e quando è arrivato il ragazzo per il lavaggio mi chiamava e il numero che chiamava era sbagliato jonostante sull'applicazione ci fosse il numero giusto. Il ragazzo mi chiamava per dirmi che l'applicazione goi diceva di andare in tutt'altro posto. Una vergogna veramente. Come se non bastasse sono venuti a lavarmi la moto e ci hanno messo 8 minuti ed è ancora sporca!! ### 5/5 — Ottimo servirzio, bisogna aumentare le zone *2021-06-15, version 4.2.20* Uso questo servizio da un paio di anni e mi trovo benissimo per la comoditá e l efficacia della pulizia. Unica cosa da appuntare, che a Roma, dovrebbero aumentare le zone periferiche. ### 1/5 — App con molti Bug *2021-01-08, version 4.2.13* Sono cliente da qualche anno, oggi volevo prenotare con app ma sono in un loop di bug che mi impediscono di proseguire: A)reset password impossibile da app, evidenzia come come errato l’indirizzo mail che in realtà è corretto. Andando sul sito sono riuscito ad effettuare reset senza problemi B) effettuato il login il sistema richiede verifica email e cellulare. Nessun problema per email ma sul cellulare il codice verifica viene inviato ad un numero errato, cliccando l’apposito tasto di modifica numero, mi appare un rettangolo grigio e non mi fa modificare nulla. Provato sia da iPhone 10 che iPad Air, utilizzo ultima versione app aggiornata. Sul sito ancora peggio, non mi propone nemmeno la possibilità di variare il cellulare.
