## What is WashClub Laundry Dry Cleaning?

WashClub offers the most convenient on-demand pick up and delivery laundry services and Earth-friendly dry cleaning services. Laundry and dry cleaning delivered within 24-hours. Same-day service available on all laundry services. 

Unlike our competitors that sends your items to unknown random local partners, WashClub does all work in-house in our brand new state-of-the-art facility. This allows us to offer superior quality control when compared to our competitors. 

WashClub services all five boroughs of New York City including Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, The Bronx, and Staten Island. We also service Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Francisco Bay Area, Lehigh Valley, Chicago, Akron, Atlanta, New Jersey, and Phoenix with new locations opening in the future as well. 

HOW DOES IT WORK?

1. Start by scheduling a pick up using our app or website. Simply add items to your shopping cart, add any special instructions, select a pick-up and delivery window, and that's it! Have delicate items that you don't want dried? No problem! Do you want fabric softener on your towels only? No problem! Whatever you want, just let us know, we've got you covered. 

2. Next, you will receive a text message and email notification when a WashClub driver is on their way for pick up and within approximately thirty-minutes or less from your location. Not only will you receive notification with an ETA, you can track your WashClub driver's progress on Google Maps in real-time.

WashClub will pick up directly from you at your door, your doorman if available, or anywhere on your property. Simply let us know where your bag(s) will be, it's that simple. 

3. Back at our facility, every customer's laundry and dry cleaning is looked after separately and diligently by our team of specialists, which take great care to preserve the quality of your garments, and other items. Our sophisticated order processing system alerts our team of any special instructions you noted when placing your order. All garments and other items are handled with care. 

Upon completion of your order, our team will pack your clean laundry in a WashClub laundry bag, which we provide for free. Dry cleaning is pressed and hung accordingly, just the way you're used to it. We are proud to offer Earth-friendly dry cleaning services.

4. The delivery process is similar to pick up. You will receive a text message and email notification when a WashClub driver is on their way for delivery and within approximately thirty-minutes or less from your location. Your laundry will arrive neatly folded and clean, with all items ready to return to their familiar space in your home.

DO NOT TRUST WITH YOUR CLOTHES. Ruined items - customer support offer a redo free of charge - i was then charged for the items they said they would redo for free. In the redo they ruined other items and lost a button top off a blazer. they said they would not replace it or fix it. such a disappointment.

Some of my clothes are missing; they did not return all the clothes I gave them to wash. I kept calling to speak to someone who could address this and no one returned my call. On top of that, they missed the delivery window I had selected and I had to change plans to accommodate their error, only to get back some of my clothes. There was no offer of a refund or compensation.

Wash Club has changed my life. I hate laundry. They pick it up my dirties same day and deliver nicely packaged clean clothes within 24 hrs. Cheaper than doing at your local dry cleaners. Thanks!

This app is consistently buggy and the laundry service is overpriced and unreliable. I have lost many garments while using WashClub.

I used the service for a while, they used to be speedy and good. Recently they just ignore the time window and don't let you know when they are coming. The app doesn't seem to really support face id phone by hiding buttons behind the clock. They used to let you know when a driver is on the way, but they seemed to stop doing that.

I never leave negative reviews but I’m furious at this place. It’s SO expensive and they destroy your clothing with absolutely no help/customer service department. I had been a loyal customer for over a year even when some of my laundry came back damp, even when it all smells chemically, and even when random items are added to my lot and I give it back at my next pick up, I rationalized the time saved. Then they destroyed  a brand new, never been worn, wanted to wash first, 118$ sweater I saved for. It is COVERED in blue detergent stains. I tried sending them a message through their “support” portal and never heard back.

The first order I placed was 2 days late getting back to me but I’d still go with 5 stars. Within 12 hours of the missed delivery window the manager got in touch with me. Once they’d located and returned my order they refunded the whole order. Other services I’ve used would give a $5 credit for that sort of delay. 

I gave them a second try after that, and a third, and both times have been without issue or delay. These laundry apps are not without human mistakes but they did what they could to make things right. 

My only complaint is with the person I spoke to initially when my order never showed. He wasn’t able to assist me and said he’d “get back to me in 30 minutes” and didn’t. It would have been comforting to have a bit more clarity earlier.

Washclub is a great service it’s unfortunate that the only people that ever seem to post are the ones that are upset keep that in mind when you’re reading through these posts I own a business and I will tell you for every one bad post you read you probably have 10,000 good ones so if you really don’t like doing your laundry I highly recommend Washclub.

Been a customer over a year now and have placed almost monthly orders.
Prices have increased 50% since joining and the drivers have gotten quite rude.
I've had clothing damaged, pins stuck through my most expensive pieces, and drivers delivering outside of the delivery window.
At this price point, all of the above is a deal breaker. You shouldn't pay a premium and not receive premium service.
You may be better off adding an additional stop to your weekend Uber trip and dropping off your laundry at a laundromat near you.
