Recently they just ignore the time window and don't let you know when they are coming. The app doesn't seem to really support face id phone by hiding buttons behind the clock. They used to let you know when a driver is on the way, but they seemed to stop doing that. ### 1/5 — The worst customer service ever *2017-10-31, version 2.0* Unbelievably bad customer service, that is if you can even manage to reach them. They’re rude, inconsiderate and it’s not like you won’t ever have to contact them. They mess up all the time for a myriad of reasons. Don’t waste your time. Just use a different laundry service. ### 1/5 — Buyer beware. *2017-05-02, version 2.0* Original estimate for work quoted at $45 - ending cost was over $150 because they decided to not launder shirts but dry clean them all and press by hand. No warning given on price increase, or the fact they changed the delivery date by a day, also without informing me. ### 1/5 — Never showed up. *2017-03-04, version 2.0* My first attempt using the service, they never showed up. No phone call. Nothing. However, the company has terrible customer service. They weight things incorrectly, overcharging you, and they also charge you tip (you have no choice in the matter). Several orders never get cleared in the app and it is not that user friendly. Stay away from this app and this company. If you are so brave to try it, weigh everything and be prepared to fight. I had to do this and I still never got 100% of my money back. Also the app is iphone only. the ipad is just a blowup of the iphone app and is really pathetic. ### 1/5 — Terrible Service *2016-10-23, version 2.0* I called them to confirm they can wash my rug. They told me that once they receive the rug they can give me an exact price for dry cleaning. They called me the next day to give me a quote and they said that it would be delivered the following day. When delivery didn't arrive I called them. They told me that they haven't cleaned my rug and that they gave me the wrong price yet they never called me and I waited around for four hours for the delivery of my rug that wasn't even cleaned in first place. When I asked to speak to a manager they told me they would call me back with a price instead of letting me speak with someone else. So the day after my rug was supposed to be delivered I still have no rug, I still have no quote, and I still haven't spoken to the manager. ### 5/5 — GREAT APP *2016-08-16, version 2.0* Great app it was quick and easy to use with great service! ### 5/5 — So easy so good! *2016-08-15, version 2.0* I have been using these guys for 2 years... Ruined items - customer support offer a redo free of charge - i was then charged for the items they said they would redo for free. In the redo they ruined other items and lost a button top off a blazer. they said they would not replace it or fix it. such a disappointment. ### 1/5 — Can’t sign up *2022-02-08, version 5.0* “Please check back soon for service within your area” I used my home Wi-Fi, mobile network and 5G to sign up. I kept calling to speak to someone who could address this and no one returned my call. On top of that, they missed the delivery window I had selected and I had to change plans to accommodate their error, only to get back some of my clothes. Save your clothes and your money! *2019-11-13, version 5.0* I never leave negative reviews but I’m furious at this place. It’s SO expensive and they destroy your clothing with absolutely no help/customer service department. I had been a loyal customer for over a year even when some of my laundry came back damp, even when it all smells chemically, and even when random items are added to my lot and I give it back at my next pick up, I rationalized the time saved. Then they destroyed a brand new, never been worn, wanted to wash first, 118$ sweater I saved for. It is COVERED in blue detergent stains. I tried sending them a message through their “support” portal and never heard back. ### 1/5 — Prices Going Up, Quality of Service Going Down *2018-11-26, version 5.0* Been a customer over a year now and have placed almost monthly orders. Prices have increased 50% since joining and the drivers have gotten quite rude. I've had clothing damaged, pins stuck through my most expensive pieces, and drivers delivering outside of the delivery window. At this price point, all of the above is a deal breaker. You shouldn't pay a premium and not receive premium service. You may be better off adding an additional stop to your weekend Uber trip and dropping off your laundry at a laundromat near you. ### 1/5 — Clothes come back so wrinkled. *2018-10-22, version 4.0* First time good , then all wrinkles break out. Horrible folding. Inconsistent and just not worth the money. I give zero stars. Save ur money. Bad to horrible pick up and delivery. Do not use them. ### 1/5 — THEY LOST OUR CLOTHES!!!!! *2018-09-11, version 2.0* Said they were probably delivered to another customer and to keep our fingers crossed that they’ll be returned. BEWARE!! My maternity dresses are gone and my husbands dress shirts are gone. I trusted them with the only clothes that fit me and now I have nothing to wear to work. This is beyond humiliating. They don’t make the reimbursement process to cover their mistakes easy either. They told us that we had to retrieve every receipt with a date at the top and credit card transactions to verify that we actually purchased items in order to get a reimbursement. Oh and their preferred method of reimbursement is in their own store credit. Lol!! AS IF WERE EVER GOING TO USE THEM AGAIN!!!!!!! Do yourself a favor and use a different wash and fold service. ### 1/5 — Missing items *2018-08-13, version 2.0* Half my order came back missing. How convenient that all my women fashion items came back missing? ### 1/5 — Bad business management *2018-05-17, version 2.0* I placed and order for pickup and even called in to ask questions that wasn’t answered online or the site. Rearranged my schedule to be available for the pickup window only for no one to show up. I called multiple times with no answer finally I get a call back at 7:00 pm saying you’ve called us like 5 or 6 times.. (uh yes because you’re supposed to be providing a service) the owner goes on to say oh we wouldn’t have been able to get to you anyway and I have checked for any orders today and plus the delivery guy car was messed up ..... and then says oh no and even if we got to you today we wouldn’t have it back in the time that we guaranteed anyway.... so as the owner you didn’t check for new customers...you didn’t think to reach out to customer to alert them and to top it off you have a whole list of excuses for why you’re not ready to run your business effectively... THANKS FOR WASTED TIME AND ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ELSE!!! They pick it up my dirties same day and deliver nicely packaged clean clothes within 24 hrs. Cheaper than doing at your local dry cleaners. Thanks! ### 5/5 — Rocky start quality service *2019-09-12, version 5.0* The first order I placed was 2 days late getting back to me but I’d still go with 5 stars. Within 12 hours of the missed delivery window the manager got in touch with me. Once they’d located and returned my order they refunded the whole order. Other services I’ve used would give a $5 credit for that sort of delay. I gave them a second try after that, and a third, and both times have been without issue or delay. These laundry apps are not without human mistakes but they did what they could to make things right. My only complaint is with the person I spoke to initially when my order never showed. He wasn’t able to assist me and said he’d “get back to me in 30 minutes” and didn’t. The wash is always fine, never lost anything and the customer service as well as the managers are always helpful. The price is fair and cheaper than other wash companies. The delivery is good.
