I wish they had old fashioned coin operated machines at my condos. Also the service is too expensive. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t give back money *2024-12-13* Washco doesn’t let you transfer back money into your bank once you are finished at the laundromat. I find it funny we can take back money we put in? Or put in an exact amount that we need to pay? A minimum of $10 to put into their app. We travel for work and this is a minor inconvenience on top of everything else people have to deal with. Encourage you to change this. ### 1/5 — steals your money *2024-06-21, version 2.27.3* dont get this app, any money you have left over will not be returned to you. ### 1/5 — total scam *2024-03-03* worst app ever. my account was working fine for a couple months then randomly they logged me out. when i went to login again they said wrong password which i know is false because i wrote my password down. so i chose to reset my password but apparently i kept failing the robot test? not sure how since it just asked to type 5 numbers. so not only did i lose the money i had loaded to my account but i cant make a new one because it requires a phone number and mine is “already in use” not sure what they expect from me but this is ridiculous, i just want to wash my clothes ### 1/5 — They Do Not Refund Your Money *2024-01-21* Even though you no longer live at the place you used the app. It’s ridiculous and annoying because with how much the machines cost, you always have money left over or you have to add more money and you can’t do the exact amount! I added funds and when I went to use it Faceboook rejects the app. Has been like this for over 2 years. I wouldn’t use this app. Go to another laundromat or use cash. ### 1/5 — God awful *2022-11-29* Went to use the app for laundry set up just fine got money in there went to use it and I was logged out ok cool I’ll log back in says password isn’t right I was like no I have it written down so fine I’ll just reset it hour 5 of waiting for an email to reset it if I don’t get in I want that money back and I need to remove my card bc god knows what will happen ### 1/5 — Made me update password in the middle of washing *2022-10-28* Ridiculous. Made me update my password as I was trying to finish washing my clothes. I have to remember what email and password I used to finish drying my clothes? Both my emails didn’t work… luckily it just ended all that randomly and I was able to finish. ### 1/5 — Stole my money *2022-08-02, version 1.6.1* I used to use the Facebook login option. When evening I added $20 to my account. The next day when I went to log in, Facebook told me that this login feature wasn’t available. I reached out to the developers and they told me that it wasn’t an “software” issue more or a “local operator issue”.
