## What is Washer By GoLinge?

Washer by GoLinge is the companion app for laundry service providers using the GoLinge platform.

With Washer, approved service providers can:

• Go online and receive nearby laundry order offers
• Review pickup and service details before accepting an order
• Travel to the client’s pickup location
• Record the laundry weight and update the final service details
• Communicate with clients through the in-app chat
• Update the progress of washing, drying, and delivery
• Connect an eligible payout account
• Review available earnings and request eligible payouts

Washer helps laundry service providers manage their GoLinge orders from one place.

Order availability may depend on the provider’s location, online status, service area, profile verification, and current demand.

Payout availability may depend on account verification, completed eligible orders, client payment status, dispute status, and the applicable GoLinge payout rules.

Location access may be required to display nearby offers, calculate relevant distances, and support pickup and delivery.

Washer is intended for approved laundry service providers. Creating an account does not guarantee access to orders or a specific level of earnings.

Complete your Washer profile and start managing your GoLinge laundry services.
