J’ai été débité deux fois pour un sèche-linge qui ne démarre même pas. Impossible d’obtenir une réponse du service client malgré plusieurs tentatives. Service horrible, machines ne marchent pas *2026-03-15* Toutes les machines sont souvent hors service au même temps sans explication. Un technicien vient tous les mois pour vérifier le fonctionnement des machines (supposément) mais cela n’aide pas. Les sèche-linges se laissent faire bloquer par les peluches qui se coincent profondément à l’intérieur de la machine (ce n’est pas relié à la filtre à peluche, même quand elle est vidée il y a toujours plus de peluches plus loin à l’intérieur de la machine). Par conséquent, les vêtements sortent toujours mouillés. On dépense notre argent sans recevoir ce que nous avons payé. Cette laverie est une arnaque.
