Why not just charge upfront for the app or atleast let you know that you'll need to pay for the maps and guides? Not worth it ### 1/5 — Rip off *2016-02-14* I wish I had noticed before I attempted to use this app that all the reviews are 5 stars with glowing recommendations. Amazingly they were all written around the same exact time. I've used different travel apps and this is not a good one. Worse of all when you start using it, they make you buy the maps. Which is fair. Except it's never ending with no explanation. The first time I loaded it they made me buy maps for about $5. I did it thinking okay. Now I'll have all the maps for DC. Nope. Another message said I have to buy more maps. In a moment of weakness I did, this time it was only about $2. But then again. Buy more maps. The worse part of all is I had no idea what I was buying the maps for? Was it a certain part of DC? If so which? Was this going to end? Or should I just give them everything in my checking. The app also wouldn't let me pin my hotel. Not sure if it was because I hadn't bought the map covering my hotel area? No clue. it was also not easy to use. It was not intuitive.
