Not many other features like the big banks. Wish you could see more transaction history. And make electronic payments from the app. ### 3/5 — Its so so *2026-01-27* The reason why I say so, so is because there are times when I go to login and the password doesn’t work, even though I haven’t done anything it doesn’t work and I have to change. It shouldn’t have to to do that. ### 3/5 — online banking *2025-11-02* I have not been able to get my payments made for my car. One of the employees at the Bank made it for me once and it looked easy when she did it however, I cannot make the payments like I used to since they changed the system over. I am having to hand deliver my payments to McMurray PA or mail them ahead of time. Which is very inconvenient for me. ### 4/5 — A+ *2025-10-07* I’ve been a customer for many many many years and I am so glad to see the progress that WFB has made to their app. I love that WFB is adding the feature for me to be able to budget my money better. I would only ask that for the uncategorized transactions, that you allow us to assign the appropriate category so that we can budget our money more effectively. This used to be an option, but it was later removed with an update. Thank you for listening. ### 3/5 — Don’t like *2025-10-05* Two many steps you have to do . Times I forgot to hit the last step when transferring and I was charged the $5 fee. Tells me the app can't verify my phone's credentials and to log in with username and password, but can't log in with username unless i delete the app and reinstall. It stopped working when I downloaded one of my most recent phone updates. I have tried deleting the old app and getting the new. Not working for me. ### 1/5 — Lacks basic functions *2021-12-06, version 5.0.0.2434* The “pay bill” feature is absolutely useless if you have multiple accounts with this bank. The accounts are titled by account numbers, not the type of account. And you can only see the last few digits of the account number. Because literally almost all accounts end in 0000001 for some asinine reason, there is no way tell any of the accounts apart in the list. So you have no idea of knowing which account you’re paying. Dumbest set up ever. Deserves zero stars. ### 1/5 — App crashing *2021-11-13* This app suddenly started crashing. I cannot get into my account. I have deleted and reinstalled. I have restarted my phone. I have deleted cookies, etc. nothing works. And I’m told I have to wait until Monday because there’s no one to answer my question. I can see the balances in my accounts, transfer money, etc. ### 5/5 — Very helpful *2026-01-14* I use this daily for checking my balances which keeps me & my partner from over drafting as we have multiple joint accounts. I also use set up both recurring and one time account transfers and I have deposited checks remotely which is so convenient to not have to stop at the bank. I rarely have issues and when I do it’s usually the app/bank doing maintenance and updates to the online banking system and is resolved within the day. ### 5/5 — Fantastic *2025-10-10* Easy to work with.
