I just happened upon it when checking my options for dry cleaning. The last place I used was expensive, slow and very impersonal. I was not thrilled! But with washloft they have the app for your phone, options on how you want your laundry done. They have different organic scents if you wish. No starch, starch whatever you please. The staff was professional and courteous with great attention to detail! I was thrilled to get my laundry back and what a great job they did on my drapes! I will never go anywhere else! To get my one bit of negative feedback out of the way, the order tracker function of the app is basically nonfunctional, but that ultimately had no real bearing on the quality of service rendered. Drop off and pickup were timely, clothes were returned folded neatly, and customer service responded promptly to a special request I had. Highly recommended! ### 5/5 — They’re great under pressure !!! *2020-05-16, version 2.0.4* During covid-19, my cloths have been picked up & cleaned by the “wash loft”, they are prompt, they’re thorough and professional while demonstrating a solid interpersonal proclivity, throughout this life changing, in many cases, life ending pandemic, all I received from wash loft staff were smiles, curtesy and professionalism! They’re great, I have tried a few cleaning services before this pandemic, they weren’t measuring up to “wash loft” price or service. Very fast turnaround (often 1-day). Offer wash and dry, hang dry and dry cleaning, I have found very few places that offer all 3 services. Clothes are returned clean and well organized. Like how actually smooth brain stupid is that, this company SELLS A GIFT CARD FOR THEIR SERVICE but THERE IS NO WAY THEY WILL ACCEPT OR REDEEM ITS VALUE. F-ing thieves. My mom got me a gift card for $100 as a birthday present and i have no way to clean my clothes still. F you washloft. I had so many issues with the app and my laundry came back Missing clothes . I had 3 clothing items missing and the others had terrible smell. Not only that they delivered 5 days after they said they would . I contacted customer service and got no response . Not only that I got dubious charges on my card after using this app so I had to change my credit card . My clothes came 5 data late and they smell. One shirt missing and I tried calling back and no one contacted back .
