I can not create an account so I can not use the app. No contact info No help Absolutely useless app ### 1/5 — Won’t let me use the site *2020-05-19* I keep getting told by both emails I have that they are registered and I need to reset my password. It directs me to the online webpage. I reset the password. Which logs me into the webpage. I go back to the app attempt to log in and it says you have account need to redo your password. I tried to deregulated my email in case of a typo, but it said it was already registered. Tried to get it to resend verification email but still nothing. App says it sent confirmation email, but it never comes - checked SPAM… nothing ### 1/5 — It’s useless *2022-12-12* I just downloaded this app for the first time and made an account so that I can purchase washes from my local car wash, but every time I try to add in any credit or debit card I run into an error message causing the system to decline my purchase. This makes the app completely useless and a waste of space. I don’t recommend downloading this app until the next update which who knows when that’ll happen. ## Most praised reviews (3 highest-rated) ### 3/5 — App Problem *2022-10-29* Coates Car Wash using the app - I have always purchased my car washes using the app. It has not worked for two weeks. I have checked all the information, deleted the app, downloaded it again. It just will not allow me to check out a purchase. Very frustrating! ### 2/5 — Very Disappointed New User *2023-06-09* It took much longer than necessary to get signed in. Once in I tried to purchase monthly wash club. When I clicked add vehicle and Continue I got a blank screen. Tried twice and got the same result. VERY DISAPPOINTED. ### 2/5 — Good but needs more *2019-02-06* I like being able to use the app simply so I don’t have to hear the voice at the terminals at the wash. One big miss is that it need to be able to have more than one credit card.
