They leave my trunk dirty and don’t clean the cup holder areas in the doors. Some of the technicians are very unprofessional. My last wash was a makeup for the previous one where the technician didn’t vacuum the dashboard thoroughly but sprayed something and created a muddy substance stuck inside the grooves. The makeup technician was an hour late after notifying me that he would be 30 minutes late at the time he was supposed to be here. Then he left my truck and doors dirty and left before I could inspect anything. Then he ignored my text messages when I asked why he left so soon. I won’t be using this service ever again. ### 2/5 — Tried it… Won’t do it again *2026-07-27, version 11.1.10* The idea is great right? Schedule a car wash and detail while you’re at work. Get off work and have a nice clean car. HOWEVER! They never show up? Never call? never message? it isn’t until i check the app it show that they are unable to complete today. I tried rescheduling and the SAME THING HAPPENED AGAIN! Despite that, I was charged a $59 penalty for canceling. Completely absurd and unacceptable. ### 1/5 — DON’t USE THIS UNLESS YOU WANT TO DAMAGE YOUR CAR *2025-10-13, version 10.4* The washer broke my side pocket, so I submitted a complaint to customer support with a supporting photo. They responded saying that, based on the picture the technician submitted, they found no issue. I asked them to share that picture with me, but they claimed it was their intellectual property and couldn’t be shared. Whaaaatttt?! How does a picture of my own car become their intellectual property? And if the technician didn’t damage my car, why are they refusing to share the proof? This is all complete bull**** ### 1/5 — Damaged my car *2025-08-06, version 9.5* Terrible service, looking for a resolution. They sent someone initially last Friday for an "ultimate detail". The individual tried to lie to me and said the finish coat wax is the buffing/polishing segment of the package. I told him that's not what that is or how it works. I asked him to show me the products he would use during each stage and he refused. I contacted customer service and someone named Kat rescheduled for 3pm same day. The 2nd group came and weren't prepared, they were using poor quality towels and wash products, and didn't have a machine for the polishing stage. I found them in the garage using something called "Nu Finish" and applying this by hand circular motion putting swirl marks all over the car. Not something you want to do on a vintage Porsche 911 with original paint to sample paint. They also chemically stained the wheels with whatever product they sprayed on to clean the wheels and let it dry in the sun as you can see in the photos. Not only that they opened my new ceramic coating product I had and left it on the floor, didn't use it thankfully but now it's a dying product that needs to be used. My exterior box and instructions for the product are missing. Also to note I found them storing a clay bar on my garage floor, which also probably contributed to the swirls and damage as clay picks up dirt and rock from the ground which then is used on the paint. I'm requesting reimbursement for what was charged for Friday, reimbursement for my $300 ceramic coating as well as a reimbursement for the cost for me to fix the paint with a paint correction at a facility of my choosing and for the correction needed for the wheels. ### 1/5 — DO NOT DO IT!!! *2025-06-24, version 9.0* Scheduled a wash for Sunday. No call. No text. No show. I understand things happen so customer service asked if I would like to schedule another appointment for the next day. Same time. AGAIN. No call. No text. No show. Customer service says there was never a washer available that’s why no one showed. Try again because I had 4 text messages and two emails telling me the person who was coming at my appointed time. Then no more communication from customer service. CRICKETS. This will never last in south Florida. Sorry. I’m done. Please do not waste your time. Hope this review saves you some aggravation. ### 1/5 — Washos keeps their garbage level of service straight for 1.5 years *2025-06-01, version 8.7* After 1.5 year of ignoring washos services, it has been proven again that their hr is probably hiring people around disability services facilities. Otherwise, it is hard to describe the full specter of idiocracy combined with lack of skills and knowledge in face of their “professional” detailers. ### 1/5 — Car washes get cancelled constantly *2025-04-13, version 8.4* I’ve really tried to like this service unfortunately over half the time I have a booking set, they cancel minutes before. It’s difficult to arrange my schedule to have my car washed before important events and they cancel. The washes don’t turn out well when washers show up. Do not use ### 1/5 — Damaged my car *2025-01-16, version 7.9* Used there services one time. You don’t know who’s coming to your house. It could just be some random guy in his corola. $100 wash was sub par and the tire shine used was like super glue which dust and dirt stuck too. I had to re wash my wheels and then I noticed the damage to my wheel bolts. The chrome had been stripped off by the chemicals. Contacted Washos and they blamed me. Never using them again. Do not recommend. ### 1/5 — Do not buy a membership *2024-11-27, version 7.6* Membership is not worth it. I signed up for a membership that gave me a discounted car wash once a month. The first month I wasn’t able to use the car wash. The car wash does not rollover. So any savings are pretty quickly eaten up. If you try to cancel before six months, you get charged an extra month “early termination fee”. ### 1/5 — Luck of the draw *2024-11-12, version 7.3* I really wanted this to work out but, this service is a hit or miss depending on the technician you get assigned. The one that started washing my truck had gear no where close to perform the package selected. Not exaggerating, like no buckets no tire brushes etc. The worse part is the customer support who minimizes your claim and says sorry and gives you a 20% discount on your next wash. And they also charge you to cancel. Not great that they leave paying members in the dark. Their customer service is terrible. Takes so many days to respond and never actually resolve the issues. Frauds as well. I cancelled my membership and paid $50. Someone still showed up and I don’t live there. I have record of my cancelled membership, but they are still trying to charge me an additional $200 saying I was responsible for cancelling the reoccurring date. My membership was cancelled so how does that make any sense. It’s been nearly impossible to get an appointment in my area even though they want to take my money for a monthly fee. They are looking for any sucker willing do all of the work, buy all the materials and give up 30-50% of their profits. Any detailer who is smart or actually good at what they do, is NOT going to work for this company. It makes no sense to work that hard and give up that much profit if you actually know what you’re doing. Anyone with a high quality car should be careful when using this company. Convenience isn’t everything. But said they still wouldn’t fix the grass.
