## What is WashQuote?

PRICE IT, MIX IT, GET PAID

WashQuote is built for the operator holding a wand in one hand and a phone in the
other. Everything works with no signal, no login and no subscription.

QUOTE THE WHOLE PROPERTY
- Five pricing modes: by area, by linear foot with a storey multiplier, flat,
  hourly, and per unit, because a house wash is not priced per square foot
- Every line shows its own arithmetic: 160 ft x 1.10/ft x 2 storeys = 352.00
- Travel fee, minimum charge, discount, tax and optional rounding, in that order,
  with every step visible
- Money is exact to the cent, and the printed lines always add up to the printed
  subtotal
- A price book of your standard services, one tap each, free and unlimited

MEASURE IT WITHOUT SATELLITE
- Add-up tape: 12x20 + 8x14 + 5x30 = 502 sq ft, with a running total
- Wall estimator: perimeter x storey height x storeys
- Roof estimator from the GROUND FOOTPRINT and pitch, with the trap explained
- Full metric support: feet or metres, everywhere, including the PDF

MIX THE TANK
- Batch and downstream mixes from your stock strength and your real draw ratio
- 50 gallons at 2.0% from 12.5% stock = 8.0 gallons of bleach, fill to 50
- Asking for the impossible fails loudly: 1.5% at the nozzle through a 1:10 draw
  needs 16.5% stock, so WashQuote refuses and tells you the strongest it can do
- Warns above 4% at the surface
- US gallons, imperial gallons or litres, spelled out, never an ambiguous "gal"

LOAD THE TRUCK ONCE
- Every job booked for the day rolls into one load-out
- Grouped by target strength, so a 3.5% roof and a 1.5% house wash come out as two
  tank plans and one total
- Log what you actually poured and WashQuote tunes its estimates to your rig

SEE YOUR MARGIN FIRST
- Hours estimated from production rates, then labour with burden, fuel, drive time,
  chemical cost from the mix, and overhead
- Net margin, markup, revenue per job hour and per man hour, all excluding tax
- Below target it tells you the exact amount to add to hit it
- None of it ever appears on the customer's copy

CLOSE IT AND BILL IT
- A one-page PDF quote, agreement or invoice, generated on the device in seconds
- Finger signature turns a quote into a signed agreement and marks it Won
- Before and after photos on the document, stripped of location data
- Show-the-Customer mode: the total, full screen, full brightness, turn the phone
- Status pipeline, follow-up reminders, and a running tally of who still owes you
