You picked up my stuff which I indicated was dry cleaning. Then called me to tell me you cannot make the delivery time I booked and needed to change it. Then later called me again to say you cannot do dry cleaning because the machine is broken and that you will be dropping my stuff off unwashed. Good job I wasn’t relying on you for anything important.
