### 1/5 — iOS download, says it's not the latest version! 😂

A total waste of time. Error message said it won't work because it's not the latest version one minute after first download.  

So I download it a second time. Same error message. 

Clearly, almost everyone else (besides, maybe, the creator) thinks as little of it as I do. 

Who wrote this app? And why would a great hostel design brand like Wostel align themselves with such a poor quality app when there must be dozens like it with more than a 2-star rating?

Get rid of this app, Wostel!  (And maybe use Claude to create a five-star, brand-specificversion in minutes for almost nothing!)

Takes too long to set up and use. Cannot stand when places have “preassigned” amounts you can add. Let me choose how much I want to add.

I scanned the QR code to register however every time I enter the telephone number it says the format is incorrect.  I have even tried several different formats but it won’t accept any.  The annoying thing is you have to re-enter all your details again not just the phone number.

It’s impossible to even register. The link they send is broken and then you cannot request a new password. Horrible app

Had to use this app but would not recommend. Difficult to sign up to & won’t allow you to add custom amounts to your account so they can make more money. 

Account also wouldn’t verify, had to change password to finally get in. Bad service and would’ve rather used cash if I had it.

This company is pathetic! The washing machine never finished the cycle and was still half full of water, I reported it through the app and all they did was clear the error even though it needed to be spun again or better yet washed again because not only was everything so asking wet it was dirtier than before! They wouldn’t even give me a credit to wash the clothes again. Absolute waste of time!

I made an account through the Washtur app, but did not receive a verification email. I attempted to have the verification resend but the app gave me an error notification. I can’t log in because my account isn’t verified. I tried to send a message to Washtur for support but the website won’t send the message. So I’m stuck with no way to resolve the issue quickly.
