## What is Wasiet?

A Saudi application, established to serve the Saudi society and the neighboring Gulf societies with all their segments: individuals and entities.  In short, it is a virtual electronic real estate office that receives all types of real estate, including lands and buildings, through purchase requests, offers of sale, rent, investment, and business sale .

One of the most important characteristics of Waseet platform is: ease of use, degree of security, and confidentiality of personal information.  The application is distinguished in the foreseeable future, God willing, from contributing to controlling the Saudi and Gulf real estate market by linking the platform with the national access, which only regulates brokers, buyers, landlords and their agents from buying and selling real estate, and prevents other non-regulators from real estate mediation, which will be reflected positively, God willing.  May God balance and stabilize real estate prices and indirectly on urban and economic development to achieve the Kingdom's vision 20/30
