Heavily. Clicking “back” after trying to look at property details resets your entire search. Unsure if the contact or interest forms are broken since no one has ever returned a message or contact. Don’t waste your time with it. ### 5/5 — Living experience in Wasl *2025-08-24, version 1.2.9* I have no issues what so ever with the community, maintenance or security. Living in Wasl community is the best decision- ### 1/5 — Agents in wasl *2025-08-22, version 1.2.9* I wanted to rent a place in Al Wasl South Heights, but even though it’s been one and a half months, I still haven’t received any response. It’s like a joke—there’s no seriousness at all. I mean, at the very least, if there’s no availability, just say so. But online, it shows that there are available units. I’ve sent so many emails and messages, but I haven’t received any reply. I called several times, and every time they said, “We’ll call you back in 2 minutes,” but then nothing happens. ### 1/5 — Poor *2025-08-07, version 1.2.8* Living in Wasl Village has been a daily struggle. People constantly park in forbidden areas, including disabled parking spots, blocking others and showing no consideration. Security does nothing, and complaints made through the call center or app are completely ineffective. Every day, before and after work, it’s a battle just to get in or out of my own parking spot. There’s no proper enforcement or accountability. If you’re thinking of moving or renting here – don’t. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere. ### 1/5 — Not good. *2025-07-03, version 1.2.8* I didn't enjoy working with the old design and weak filters. ### 1/5 — Worse than useless *2024-12-08, version 1.2.1* This app is worse than useless. Wasl is only interested in selling property and it is impossible to work out how to do anything in this app. Wasl unhelpfully removed all other ways of managing your rental, so if you make the mistake of renting a Wasl property you will need to waste your time trying to figure out how to use this app if you want to do anything ### 1/5 — rudeness and arrogance *2024-10-16, version 1.1.5* express my extreme disappointment with the behavior of the inspection team. Their rudeness and arrogance were unacceptable. ### 5/5 — Smooth app *2024-09-05, version 1.1.3* Good app ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2024-08-20, version 1.1.0* I have repeatedly inquired about the apartment at a particular place, and after a long wait, we finally found an opening at this place. We immediately began the booking process over the phone, but were unable to complete it because the app failed to display the payment page. Frustrated, we then attempted to rent the same apartment on a laptop, uploaded all the required documents, reached the payment page, and just as we thought it was going through, the site redirected us to the homepage without any confirmation. This is beyond disappointing and infuriating. To make matters worse, I received a call from the leasing team informing me that the apartment has already been taken. How is this even possible when the booking should have been blocked for us for the given 15 minutes? Our current contract ends this month, and now we are left stranded because this was our last hope. This experience has been nothing short of appalling. If the app and website can't handle the leasing process properly, why bother offering it online at all? The poor functionality and lack of reliability have cost us the apartment, and we are deeply disappointed with how this has been handled.
