The application enables users to access WASL properties and perform transactions in a secure way. Users can search and access property details. The app features are: ·Users would be able to search properties based on category ·Search list will provide navigation to details of the property, map, email and telephone contact .User can make an enquiry for a particular property in which he / she is interested .The new version will have new service enabled with ability to make payment through credit cards, have standind instructions enabled for recurring payment options. Following services are part of this build Renewal Process : Tenants can renew their contract for a period of 1 year and make the payment through credit card through online payment facility and for the remaining installments Standing instruction can be set up with the bank for making the payment as per the proposed dates. Once the payment is processed successfully contract is processed and send to tenant via courier. Termination : Tenant can make a request for termination of contract using this service Recurring Payment : Contract can be scheduled online payments based on number of instalments he has selected during renewal of lease, the bank process the transaction by debiting the tenant credit card and crediting the wasl properties account. Credit card information is stored at the Bank. Ancillary Unit: Tenant can add a new Ancillary Units Such as parking space, storage room to existing contract based on the Unit Type. The fees for the new ancillary unit can be paid through credit card online. Ever!! Keeps saying to update app and it won't update. This app has not worked for months now. ### 1/5 — Crashes constantly *2018-07-19* Absolutely useless, app crashes and it is impossible to place a request.. pathetic ### 1/5 — Version Bug *2018-06-22* The fact that one can only register a maintenance request via the app is very annoying. However, it got much worse this morning, during a major water leak. I launched the app and it didn’t start, saying that I had to install the latest version. So then the App Store pops up, and it says that I have the latest version and gives the the option to Open the app. When I Open the app, it doesn’t start and says I need to install the latest version. So - an infinite loop. I tried restarting the phone - same problem. I tried going to the Wasl website - there’s no phone number - because they force customers to use the app. I finally uninstalled the app - which deleted my user data. So then when I reinstalled the app, it worked, but then I had to re-register, meaning I had to look up my contract BP number (who remembers their BP number?). All super annoying, while all this time I have a water leak in my kitchen! ### 1/5 — Worst APP EVER!!!!!! *2018-06-01* Both the app and the website are complete JUNK, and what makes it even worse is that wasl has decided that they will no longer serve their customers thru the call center and only thru the web based portals, that do not work, so the customer ends up with no service. This is all to lower their costs and make even more money.
