AC stops working, its 45c out, and can't make a repair request by phone and app doesn't work!! Ever!! Keeps saying to update app and it won't update. This app has not worked for months now.

Absolutely useless, app crashes and it is impossible to place a request.. pathetic

The fact that one can only register a maintenance request via the app is very annoying. However, it got much worse this morning, during a major water leak. I launched the app and it didn’t start, saying that I had to install the latest version. So then the App Store pops up, and it says that I have the latest version and gives the the option to Open the app. When I Open the app, it doesn’t start and says I need to install the latest version. So - an infinite loop. I tried restarting the phone - same problem. I tried going to the Wasl website - there’s no phone number - because they force customers to use the app. I finally uninstalled the app - which deleted my user data. So then when I reinstalled the app, it worked, but then I had to re-register, meaning I had to look up my contract BP number (who remembers their BP number?). All super annoying, while all this time I have a water leak in my kitchen!

Both the app and the website are complete JUNK, and what makes it even worse is that wasl has decided that they will no longer serve their customers thru the call center and only thru the web based portals, that do not work, so the customer ends up with no service. This is all to lower their costs and make even more money. At least create a proper E-service before you decide you will no longer take manual requests.

I just used it and there seemed not to be any problem, I had just sent a request and nothing else happened, although I want to get it to be landscape and not just portrait mode
