## What is Wasl?

Hello App Review Team,

Thank you for your feedback regarding Guideline 4.3(a).

We would like to clarify the circumstances that may have led to this flag and confirm that **Wasl is an original, independently developed application**.

Wasl was built entirely from scratch by our development team. We did not purchase or use a commercial app template, clone an existing application, or reuse third-party application source code or assets.

During our internal QA and build-testing process, a pre-release build was inadvertently generated and submitted using a temporary testing configuration due to an internal workspace configuration error. This was solely part of our internal development workflow and was not intended to create or distribute duplicate applications on the App Store.

To prevent this from happening again:

1. All temporary build configurations and testing identifiers associated with this issue have been removed.
2. Our release environment has been cleaned and consolidated.
3. All future Wasl builds and submissions will use only the official application configuration and our official Apple Developer account.

The official Bundle ID for Wasl is:

`com.wasl.ps`

Wasl is a localized commerce and delivery platform specifically developed for Palestinian communities. The application includes an Arabic-first RTL experience, local store and inventory management, live delivery tracking, editable orders, merchant and driver management tools, delivery missions, and a rewards system, all integrated with our independently developed backend infrastructure.

We sincerely apologize for any confusion caused by our internal testing configuration. We have updated our release procedures to ensure that this situation does not occur again.

We respectfully ask the App Review team to reconsider Wasl under Guideline 4.3(a).

We are happy to provide any additional information needed to verify the application's original development, ownership, or functionality.

For store owners

• Your product list now loads as you scroll, and the search box looks through every product in your store rather than only the ones already on screen.
• Adding and editing a product happens on a full screen instead of a half-height sheet, with the fields grouped into sections, a larger photo picker and a save button that stays in reach.
• Choose a category by typing its name instead of scrolling a long list.
• Crop product photos to square, portrait or landscape (1:1, 3:4, 3:2). The cropper opens on whichever shape best fits the photo you picked, so a portrait photo is no longer squared off by default.
• Delete a product straight from its card, next to edit.
• Previewing one of your own products now shows its options exactly as a customer sees them, without the quantity and cart controls.

For everyone

• Tapping a product in your cart opens it in the store even when that section had not been loaded yet, and the category bar scrolls to the section the product belongs to.
