## What is Wassly?

Wassly is a shared business inbox that keeps every customer conversation in one place, so your whole team can see what's happening and nothing gets missed.

Built for businesses that talk to customers on messaging apps, Wassly connects to your WhatsApp Business account and to Facebook Messenger, and brings every conversation into a single inbox your team actually shares.

SHARED TEAM INBOX
See every conversation in one list. Assign a chat to a teammate so it's clear who owns it, filter by status, and pick up where a colleague left off. Full Arabic and English support, right-to-left included.

CUSTOMER RECORDS
Every conversation is linked to a contact. Open a customer to see their full history — past conversations, notes, activity, and deals — without switching apps. Tap to call straight from the record.

BOOKINGS
Let customers book appointments themselves, or add bookings for them. Set your working hours and services, and Wassly handles slots, confirmations, and reminders.

CAMPAIGNS
Send message campaigns to a segment of your contacts and see delivery and reply results as they come in.

ORDER UPDATES
Connect your Shopify or WooCommerce store and send order confirmations automatically, with results visible in the app.

TASKS AND REMINDERS
Assign follow-ups, set reminders, and get a notification when something needs you.

Wassly is a business service. You'll need a Wassly account provided by your organization to sign in.
