## What is Wastemasters Dumpsters?

Track your dumpster rental with The Waste Masters. See your container status, drop-off and pickup dates, and request a pickup when you are ready, all from your phone.

For customers:
- View your active dumpster rental in real time
- See drop-off date, due date, and container details
- Request pickup with one tap

For The Waste Masters team:
- Manage your entire dumpster fleet
- Track rentals, due dates, and customer info
- Get push notifications for upcoming pickups
- Assign containers to customers by email

### 2.5 — 2026-08-05

- Sign in with a passkey (Face ID or Touch ID) - add one from Settings, then sign in without typing a password
- Dumpster-rental leads from thewastemasters.com now include the type of debris the customer is loading, shown on the lead and in the notification
- Rentals can be tagged with a debris type (household, construction interior or exterior) when creating or editing them
- Pickup requests have an Open/History toggle, so acknowledged and completed requests can still be looked up
- The email reply to a lead is pre-filled with their submission details instead of opening an empty draft
- Pickup request cards show the requested service, time received and phone number more clearly

- New Leads tab: estimate requests from thewastemasters.com arrive in the app with their own alert sound, so a new customer is never missed
- Leads show how long someone has been waiting, with the phone number one tap away
- Handled leads are kept in a history you can look back through, and can be reopened
- Spam or junk requests can be deleted outright
- The container delivery date is now labelled "Serviced" instead of "Dropped"
- Redesigned navigation: Fleet, Leads, Pickups and Settings tabs, each with its own pending count
- Refreshed list and detail screens throughout, plus layout fixes for iPad

- Your containers now show the name your operator assigned (not just the container number)
- You'll now receive push notifications when your containers are coming due or overdue
- Fixed map locations for addresses without city/state

Request a pickup, your way:
- Choose what you need: Empty and return, Dry-run, or Final pickup
- Pick the exact day on a calendar
- Add a note for the crew (gate codes, access details, anything helpful)
Staff now see the requested option and day on every request.

Redesigned fleet dashboard:
- Containers sort by urgency, so overdue and due-today rentals are always on top
- Today briefing shows what needs attention at a glance
- Long-press a container for quick actions: call, directions, mark picked up

- New app icon and smoother animations
