It goes to my watch and then when I click the side circular button to go into an app and come back out it go to the old face watch not the one I just added, so I’m not sure why I paid the 699 to get the faces, when they don’t stay on my phone ### 2/5 — Not native watch faces- only run as a separate app *2024-05-07* The graphics are cool, but unlike other options for aftermarket watch faces these only run as an actual app (not a native watch face.) not sure what that does to battery life but it can’t be good and also not sure what other functionality you lose when running a dedicated app (you can’t just pop into messages and back, you need to re launch the app if you do anything else on the watch) ### 2/5 — Face won’t lock into screen! *2024-04-30* Face will not lock in when downloaded. Once it comes up, then it reverts back to previous face. Hard to justify a monthly payment for something that will not stay in use! ### 1/5 — Lot of promise but zero delivery. *2024-04-30* I purchased this app with a lifetime single price offering but unfortunately the watch faces can’t be added to your watch. They run via the app and as soon as you put your arm down the watch goes back to default. I would recommend not purchasing this app as it’s a big waste of money. The support team is slow and almost no turn around time to resolve the issue. Overall, this app the the sister app they also published are both now suffering from integration issues probably due to the new OS. Till they fix these issue I suggest you save your money. ### 1/5 — Watch Faces don't stay on *2024-04-29* Every time you get a message of notification or use any gunction of the watch, the watch face reverts back to the Apple version. Then you have to open the App again to select the WatchCraft face. I tried to get a refund the very day I purchased the app but they are un-responsive. ### 1/5 — DO NOT USE THIS APP *2024-04-28* THEY ARE NOTHING BUT A SCAM!! I downloaded this app because of the Casio watch faces. I ended up paying for a yearly subscription right off the bat. They are falsely advertising their product. Just as many others have said, the watch face will revert back to the original watch face if you get a notification or just after a few moments. Do not bother with this app. ### 2/5 — Good faces, terrible app *2024-04-28* The faces aren’t added to your watch face inventory. If you use an app on your Apple Watch the watch doesn’t default back to the previous face. You have to open their proprietary app and open the watch face. Terrible! Don’t get ripped off as I was!! ### 1/5 — Don’t buy! *2024-04-25* This app’s watch faces do not work on my Ultra watch! Have followed all their “solutions” but no good. Watch face selected from their gallery will appear on watch but as soon as I got a notification, it would revert to the original face or it just times out when you try to use watch. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work… want my 6 dollars back *2024-04-24* I downloaded the app, set it for an Apple Watch Series 7, downloaded the app to my watch which for some reason, took forever, then when I selected a watch face and opened the app, just like it prompted me to, it was stuck on the downloading screen on my watch and wouldn’t download and the app would just close itself. Have not been able to get it to work at all ### 4/5 — Love the beautiful watch faces *2024-04-23* I am glad that there are finally some great realistic watch faces that actually look like old-fashioned analog watches. I’ve seen these kind of faces on other brands of smart watches, but never on the Apple Watch. These are beautiful! The only thing that prevents a 5-star rating at this time is: 1) The inability to provide feedback using Gmail or text. They request feedback using the Mail app, which I have deleted and won’t use. 2) The faces sometimes go away spontaneously when I receive a notification (or perhaps other reasons that I am not aware of). I am confident that this will be corrected in future updates. Other than that, I love it. ### 2/5 — Fine print, additional fees *2024-04-21* I’m disappointed, I thought I would have access to all the faces, however, the cost of the app is a mirror entrance fee that gets you into the shopping mall where you make additional payments for the different designs. ### 4/5 — Great looking watch faces! *2024-04-20* I was a little skeptical about trying this app, but I was pleasantly surprised to find it does allow me to have some interesting watch faces very easily, for a very reasonable price. ### 1/5 — App does not work!!! *2024-04-18* The watch face looks great but as soon as the watch goes to standby, it disappears. This app is junk. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Apple should know this company is stealing your money. The reviews that love this are clearly coming from the company that created this. Thank you in advance! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Misleading and Fake *2024-05-19* This is a bootleg app and they are quick to take your money but you have to go through hoops requesting your money back. The refund option on the app doesn’t seem to work. There is no live customer service to speak with. The watch faces are poorly designed and it’s not what you would expect. The watch faces only stay on when you are on the actual app on the watch. Once you go off the app, the watch face goes back to the standard  face. We will see if I get my refund. Will update. ### 1/5 — Do NOT get, it’s a subscription scam. *2024-05-18* Maybe as a 1 time purchase of $5 maybe but you have to set your watch to always go back to the last app used otherwise you have to open the app every time to see the watch faces, otherwise it’s just back to the free Apple faces. Also doesn’t display any of the biometrics from the health app even after you give it access. I refunded through Apple. This app should be removed from the store all together. ### 1/5 — The face goes back to your native Apple Watch’s after an hour *2024-05-15* I contacted customer support and did everything they told me to do, but the face still doesn't stay after one hour or when I need to access any of my watch’s apps. It's like a decoy that will disappear in an hour tops. I guess that's why they don't have a free trial, and I ended up wasting almost $10 on this nonsense. I asked for a full refund, but let's see what happens. ### 1/5 — Horrible - this is false advertising *2024-05-12* Every time I put a new face up and interact with the watch in any way, for example clicking the Digital Crown to open messages app, the watch defaults back to the original face. This app doesn’t actually add faces to the watch’s faces gallery. Not useful … false advertising actually. These are not new faces: the app just pull up an interface that looks like a face but you’ll have to set “return to watch” to the maximum length of time allowed to actually use it. And if you click on it nothing happens. If you interact via the digit crown it defaults back to the legit Apple watch face you were using previously. Don’t waste your money on this scam. ### 1/5 — Nice faces but cannot recommend *2024-05-09* The faces are nice but I would not recommend buying it. It does not put the faces into the watch app on the iPhone. It is a app that contains whatever face you put into it but any notifications or pressing the app button causes it to end that app and goes to the last face you had on the watch. To get face back you have to go back to the app on the watch and load it again. This is a pain and not worth using this. There are better programs that directly put the face into the watch itself. ### 1/5 — Total Scam! *2024-05-08* CAUTION: This is NOT a one-time purchase, it's a subscription costing you just under $30/month. Think about it; who in thier right mind would agree to pay $348 a year for a bunch of watch faces?!!! Answer: NO ONE KNOWINGLY! So in order to get you to do it, they have to use extremely DECEPTIVE marketing. Yes, your credit card company will help you dispute the charges (if you even notice them on your statement), but it's a hassel and a waste of your time. Shocked that APPLE would allow these CROOKS on the App Store. ### 1/5 — Worthless *2024-05-07* Do not waste your time. This does not work. It will not load on your watch and is a gimmick. We tried three or four times to restart and reload the app and it will not load on your watch. Advertisement is deceptive in that it says it has all of these watch faces but it has no more than about 35 total. I wish I could give it zero stars. I am requesting a refund from Apple. ### 1/5 — Be careful it’s Fraud App *2024-05-04* This app is a scam that involves taking people's money on the Apple App Store. It should refund the buyers and be removed from the sales store because the app does not deliver the service advertised by the seller. It's completely different from what was explained to the buyer. The buyer believes they are purchasing a watch theme, which is what the seller advertises. However, in reality, the buyer receives something different, realizing later that they have been legally scammed and misled in a way that is supported by the Apple App Store. Therefore, I urge the store management to reconsider this application, which constitutes fraud. ### 1/5 — Heed these warnings do not get scammed *2024-05-04* As others have mentioned, they blitz advertise on social media for a $6.99 lifetime charge, but somehow they think they can charge you $30 a month. On my initial customer service email inquiry and Technical Support inquiry, I asked what the charge was per month and they did not give me a specific answer but did indicate that somehow I had signed up for a monthly fee plan rather than the $6.99 lifetime charge. Other people submitting reviews here indicate the monthly charges are around $30. When I learned from the company that I had inadvertently signed up for this, I canceled any future charges through my credit card company and I would recommend other people do this as well. My first inquiry with a question was answered in several hours. My second email with my interest in cancelling was NEVER ANSWERED. What more do you need to determine this is a scam? Any new buyers, I would suggest you sort the reviews by date so you can see that most of the recent reviews are negative, like this one, written by people like me who have been charged for a monthly service after having signed up for what they thought was a single charge. not transparent, not customer–friendly, certainly classifiable as a scam based on this. ### 1/5 — A total waste of money! *2024-04-30* While the watch faces are nice to look at, these are not watch faces, but rather an app that runs on top of your chosen watch face. As soon as you get a message or your watch goes into sleep mode, the fancy watch face disappears and when you look at your watch again your original watch face comes back and you have to relaunch the app if you want to see the fancy face again. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Great Watch OS *2024-05-13* Totally the best watch app I have found for people who love luxury watch faces. The downside is that the watch face goes back to the Apple Watch face and you have bring your downloaded watch face back up. But all the good IWatch apps do that.
