By that I mean when you install a face that has hands on they don’t work, you can only use the digital clock. I’m now looking for something more traditional with hands that move like Breitling or citizen etc. it’s time for me to move on to another developer. ### 4/5 — Good, but… *2024-11-12* I bought this app for a specific watch face, which disappeared from my watch and the app three nights ago. However, none covers of all the information that the duo face did. ### 2/5 — Crashes *2024-09-27* Normally this is a fantastic app for getting the watch faces I like with the info on it that I want but recently it keeps crashing and all I get is a black screen with a small digital clock in the corner of it. I’ve restarted the watch and my phone, and also tried different watch faces on the app but all get the black screen. I’ve also tried the reload widgets but it doesn’t work. I have selected my watch in the settings which is Ultra so it’s watch faces are for my watch. **Developer response:** We are so glad for your positive feedback! Thank you in advance! ### 2/5 — Frustrating And Need Attention *2024-09-17* There are some great watch faces to choose from, but unfortunately most of the Full Face Screens ( Retro LCD Casio Style and Analogue Chronometer Style faces ) will not load to an Apple Watch SE. I followed the onscreen instructions and they still don’t go to the Apple Watch face library. I went through all the procedures that are recommended to fix the issue. Updating both the phone and watch software, turning them both off and even clearing the cache. Still nothing. The refresh widget button from within the app on the watch doesn’t do anything. Other watch faces are fine, they instantly download and you can see them appear on the watch. I think this issue with certain full face watch screens needs to be addressed so that customers are aware of what selections will and won’t be available to them. I’m a bit disappointed with the product and I wouldn’t have paid for this app if I knew what the limitations or bugs were before purchasing. ### 4/5 — Watch faces *2024-09-14* I’ve only tried out 2 faces so far there not bad there’s one with hands but they don’t move so was disappointed . Need to fix the sunset times on the tactical faces in 24-hour mode as these remain in 12-hours mode. Also more Astronomy faces & remove the stupid “star-signs” from the category as those are astrology not Astronomy. ### 4/5 — Nice looking watch faces but not practical *2024-05-24* Edit: some watch faces seem to add to your Apple Watch app and others don’t and you have to use within the app itself which closes down. The watch faces look great however you need the app open to see the faces, then after a while the watch face will disappear and you need to reopen the app to see the face. There is a generic instruction to restart your phone and watch and clear the app cache, which doesn’t make any difference. Be aware of incompatibility before making the purchase. ### 1/5 — False advertising. Do not buy! *2024-08-23* Unfortunately i was a sucker and bought this. If you saw the advertisement that shows an analog watch spinning in cool 3D with gears and such… forget about it. Its basically a 2-3 second loop showing 10:09 . Whay on earth would anyone want it to NOT show the current time? I see now others complaining, and the developers response is that its due to apples limitations. Well if thats the case DONT SHOW ADS THAT IMPLY IT WORKS!!! We have apple watches already, analog faces DO work as you well know. So showing ads that have “cooler” looking analog faces is not a stretch for us to believe they would work. This is garbage, and i would go as far as saying its a scam. If you want some childish halloween ghost on your phone for 2 seconds, then by all means, fork over the$$. The developer is laughing all the way to the bank. Apple should boot these Charlatans and the both should be ashamed. ### 1/5 — So upset! Not working. Paid and can’t even use the faces I want!! *2024-07-23* I found a several faces that I love. When I went to add it a face At the bottom and says add face to watch. I will click to add and it but then it says open app on watch. If I open this app on my watch my face will show up. But if you close the app for any reason to check a text or do anything on the watch, or if the watch face locks then the faces disappear and you have to manually go open this app on the watch just to have the face stay on the actual watch but it will only stay briefly before defaulting to a different face. It won’t actually allow you to download the watch faces to your watch face app so it will stay permanently. This is very disappointing considering I paid for this and can’t even use the faces I want which were the very reason I paid for the app. ### 1/5 — Misleading - Do not buy. *2024-05-24* Having seen this app advertised on TikTok I thought it must be legit. I paid £6.99 for something which is purely a temporary graphic showing correct time for about 2-3 seconds then it reverts back to my normal watch face. The watch face does not save within your watch faces to select. You need to go into the app on the watch admire the beauty of what you have just downloaded for it to just disappear after a few seconds. None of the support FAQs are anything but support. If the APP developer stated this clearly in the description then I’m sure the £6.99 fee would almost certainly not be paid by users wishing to download. It’s not even worth it as a free APP due to the very poor limitations it has. My advice is don’t download it you will be disappointed. No doubt I will get a response to this review saying sorry for my experience. Unless I get a refund for f £6.99 then the apology is pointless so don’t bother. Another well thought out scam to think you're getting something amazing!!!!!!!!!! But not. PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND UNLESS YOUR ARE REFUNDING ME £6.99. ### 1/5 — Watch face returns to normal after 1 hour *2024-05-13* This product doesn't actually change the watch face. It's an app that simulates a watch face, but as an app, it goes away after one hour at most, and then—or any time before then that I open a notification or another app or whatever—it defaults back to the actual watch face. I asked the developer to confirm this, and they replied: "This problem is unfortunately present, but only on a few models. While we are investigating the problem, please try our other faces. We are aware of the issue and are working on extending the duration in the future updates." They should be clear about this from the start. I paid for the full gallery but it's basically useless to me, and the vague promise of trying to eventually make it work is no guarantee. I'm going to investigate how to get a refund. ### 1/5 — Total load of rubbish. Wasted £6.99 *2024-05-12* This app is not what it claims to be. It's so fiddly and difficult to set a watch face, having to change iOS and Watch OS settings to get anything to work. Then trying to set a new watch face is a marathon of effort. Once it's set (and you have to understand that the beautiful Apple Watch "always on" screen feature has to be switched off, so you never actually see the new screen until you raise your wrist), it constantly re-sets the watch face to the old one. I choose the face I wanted from the app and ‘installed’ it - however the watch defaulted to the Old face I had set before. Tried several times - no difference. NOW!!!! …. Suddenly the app popped up a tutorial on ‘how’ to activate the watch face and once I checked this out ( which involved a watch reboot) - - now the app works seamlessly! All the company needs to do is have this tutorial show IMMEDIATELY ( instead of showing the faces) and life would be easier and simpler for all!
