I never subscribed to any monthly, annual, or lifetime plan with this company. Please do your research before purchasing any of their products. The charges appear on credit card statements under Thingol Limited, making them difficult to identify. Since January 2026, I have been charged $29.99 each month, and I was also charged $49.99 in both June and July 2026. I intend to dispute these charges with my credit card company and report the matter.
