Took my money and then couldn’t get access to “premium”. Wish there was a way to report this app. Want my money back. Zero stars.

The “faces” look cool, but you have to have the app running to actually use the face. It’s not downloaded to your watch. Essentially, it’s a clock screen saver. I want my money back, what a waste

**Developer response:** Hi, this applies to only one specific category, and we put in extra effort to achieve it, and according to Apple's guidelines, these can only function in that manner.

Update: you click the x then see faces then tap one and the screen comes up again to buy. Then you tap the x again then you’re back to the main menu!  YOU CANT USE ANY FACES WITHOUT PAYING! 100% pay wall. Unusable free. Stolen faces from other apps which are free! 👎👎👎👎📛📛📛

This is one of those garbage apps that won't even let you use the app until you sign up for their monthly or annual subscription. Not even a trial option. Instant delete, negative review. And will never be returning to this app. Everyone should STAY AWAY.

**Developer response:** Hello, you can actually try it for free. When it asks to subscribe, just close it by clicking on the X sign on top right of the screen. The free category is always usable without any trial. And all the faces have been created by our company.

Was originally very disappointed because I couldn’t get it to work, but I have to say their customer service team worked very diligently with me In troubleshooting and finally got it to work. 

Appreciate all thier assistance.
