Plus, there’s no support or customer service to help out. Forget about getting a refund too. The app crashed the second time I tried to open it, and even though I deleted and reinstalled it, now it says I don’t have any purchase history. I’ve got the bank statement showing I paid for it during a promotion for lifetime access.
