The app doesn’t recognize my email address as a user. Is this app a phishing spoof? That’s where my thoughts are now. If this is an actual WG product I’m rethinking my subscription. ### 1/5 — Can’t log in *2026-03-30* I can login into my account in the app. It works fine from the website with the same credentials. Doesn’t do much good to have the app… ### 1/5 — Trash app *2026-03-28* So to start this review off I get this app because I actually use watch gang I enjoy it on the browser so I thought the app would be an easier way to access watch gang but when I try to log in it just says I have the wrong password so I change it and try again and it still says I have the wrong password and the password reset in the app doesn’t even work properly it’s genuinely horrendous, I don’t know who was assigned to make the app because they should be fired, but anyways I’ll be sticking to the browser indefinitely. ### 1/5 — Poor service. Password works on website but won’t work on app… that’s a problem, because it essentially make the app useless. The quality and presentation are great, and I was really excited to start using the app to track and explore more. Unfortunately, the app won’t let me log in. I know my credentials are correct because I can log in on the website without any problem, but the app keeps blocking me.
