## Version history (last 4 releases)

### 3.0.0 — 2026-05-27

Watch Over 3.0.0

  Alert audio
  • In-app sounds on every level — tones for Level 1/2, siren for Level 3
  • Audio plays through the speaker, not silently through the earpiece
  • When the app is open, notifications are visual-only so you hear the in-app alert
  • System alarm fallback if the siren fails to load
  • “Test Alert Sound” in Settings works reliably

  Core fixes
  • Pre-cached siren with audio session recovery after interruptions
  • Fixed bug that blocked repeat alerts and haptics
  • More accurate motion detection (gravity-free acceleration)
  • Watch Silence/Disable buttons work correctly
  • Watch commands reach the phone even when not instantly reachable
  • Alert clears on mute/disarm on both devices
  • Victory screen shows correct protected time
  • Countdown finishes immediately at zero

  Simplified settings
  • Stripped back to essentials: countdown, sensitivity preset, sound/siren/notifications/haptics, language
  • Advanced options hidden: custom thresholds and calibrate
  • One “Test Alert Sound” button

  UX & animations
  • “Keep app open” banner while armed
  • Screen stays awake while armed
  • Smoother, less flickery animations
  • Calmer shield and countdown

  Removed
  • Live Activity (no widget extension)
  • 20+ unnecessary settings toggles from 2.0.3

### 2.0.2 — 2026-02-11

• Bettter alert consistency
• Settings descriptions are now fully readable — no more truncated text
• Sensitivity sliders clarified: "Higher = less sensitive, fewer false alarms"
• Arming countdown screen updated with a darker, more cohesive background
• Watch disconnected alert fixed — no longer shows immediately after arming

### 2.0.1 — 2025-12-16

• New slide-to-arm gesture
• Stunning visual redesign with premium animations
• Custom arming/disarming sounds
• Enhanced Apple Watch app
• 7 languages supported
• Siri Shortcuts integration
• Streak tracking & celebrations
• Full accessibility support
• Performance improvements
