Cannot get signed in with cable provider. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still have the same issue. It crashes when you’re watching ads, which makes you have to rewatch them all. These are basic stuff. To be clear, this is an app glitch, as the app will tell me I have successfully signed in, and then go right back to saying I need to sign in to access content, repeat ad nauseam. You sign into the TV Provider it looks like it loads then just tells you to sign in again. Username and password are correct, but it won’t allow me to actually use my TV Provider to watch. Ever since I got my new phone, I don’t know how to continue watch my show after the screen locks. Prior to getting my new phone I had the IPhone 8 and once the screen locked you can hit play and it would continue. Now with my new phone it won’t allow me to continue watching unless I unlock the phone. It’s refreshing to have an app such as this TBS app, which streams very smoothly. Never has it froze or crashed on me. I can watch my Seinfeld episodes in peace, with smooth playing from beginning to end. 👌🏾 As someone else has pointed out, the only downfall I see is the limited number of episodes I can watch. If I am paying for this channel, and this channel has already showed many episodes of a series, why is only a limited amount of episodes offered at a time? ie, only 4 episodes of Friends. I do not however enjoy the lack of cast ability I tried with my phone I also tried connecting my phone directly to my tv still no dice. So ultimately I have to say the ease in which one can find the best 2 broke girls episode or the worst persona Roger has yet to portray this app can suffice; but as far as getting it from the app on ur IPHONE13 to your four or five yr old Samsung television is as of this moment an impossibility to me. ### 4/5 — (FIXED)App Won't Recognize New Cable Provider *2019-07-10* I used to love this app. but I recently moved apartments and changed cable providers from Spectrum to Verizon. This app refuses to update to the new cable provider. It just gives me an error message "AuthZ Token Failed" The error message is a dead end. There is no option for updating cable subscriber info. All attempts to contact help service within the app have been ignored which is even more infuriating! Why have a 'contact us' option if you dont monitor it and respond? Terrible customer service experience. UPDATE: This issue resolved itself on my iPhone - but it is still not working on my iPad (strange). I'm awarding a 2nd star because at least now I can watch on my phone. UPDATE 2: It's now allowimg me to change cable provider on all my devices. Updating review to 4 stars. ### 4/5 — Not bad! *2018-09-26, version 4.14.0* It’s easy to fast forward, rewind, and pause shows while watching which I really appreciate, since I usually watch before bed and resume the next eve. I like the selection of shows available and how ads don’t overwhelm the watching. However, I wish the app kept me signed in— it seems to automatically sign me out overnight, or after a few hours so then I have to go back in and click through sign-in again. At least the sign-in is fairly easy. Also wished it moved the shows I was watching to the top instead of having me cycle through the list to find each one again. ### 3/5 — Unable to disable CC *2025-04-24, version 8.10.0* While watching live TV, it is not possible to disable Closed Captioning. The “button” to turn it off is top right on the screen, but no matter how many times I’ve tried, that button cannot be selected. Only work around is to launch a show that isn’t live tv, toggle CC on and off, and then go back to live tv.
