And for some reason, I want to get another one, but it’s not available on my watch. Man braucht es im Alltag natürlich weniger, aber ich finde es gut, da ich auf meine Gesundheit achte auch meine Körpertemperatur im Blick zu haben denn wenn sich da mal Änderungen ergeben kann, was nicht stimmen. It’s very intuitive and easy to navigate, I love the haptic feedback as well as the little tones you get too. It’s easy to read as well as being easy to locate the information you want, it shows the days of week, the time & your average, I really like the BPM information too, and even have that as a complication on my Apple Watch Ultra 3. The app has had some bugs mainly on the watch, but the developer has been responsive and issuing updates to remedy the bugs. The neat thing about this app, it that it presents a skin temperature that your watch collects while using sleep focus. If you forget to set sleep focus, the temperature will be missing.
