I had some issues where it would lose my login info and require reauthentication but these seem resolved now. If it still happens after that, contact me through the support link so I can look into it. ### 2/5 — Keeps losing login info *2026-06-03* For the 3rd time in a week, I went to open the app while on an outdoor workout and it asked me again to log in from my phone - which is impossible to do from the tiny browser. I don’t bring my phone on workouts and that’s the whole point of me needing this app. So for my use case, it’s not reliable. **Developer response:** Sorry, that is frustrating, especially during a workout. Needs iPhone in close proximity otherwise it stops and looks for the phone with a small red phone symbol. Was working fine pre that! **Developer response:** WatchCloud streams from SoundCloud, so the watch still needs an internet connection through Wi‑Fi or cellular when your phone is not nearby. If the watch has no connection, it may look for the phone instead. Das umschalten zwischen Wlan Verbindung über das Handy und mobiles Netz auf der Apple Watch, sorgt leider immer wieder mal für längere Wiedergabe Stopps, sonst läuft die App aber einwandfrei. Update: Die App hat Probleme beim laden des letzten länger gehörten Set‘s. Es leiert Minuten lang ohne zu starten oder es ist nicht möglich Play zu drücken, oft hilft nur mehrmaliges neu starten der App oder ein komplett neues Set auszuwählen. Wahrscheinlich Probleme die letzte, gespeicherte Stelle wieder zu finden und abzuspielen. As of last week i haven’t been able to access anything. It would do this before if i didn’t have good service on my watch but all i had to do was reset the app or reset the Cellular then it was back to normal. But most times it has many issues like music pausing after a few seconds of playing or when you put hand down, or music doesn’t play and sits there thinking struggling to play. I confirm its the app because I have no issue streaming Amazon music on the watch. Please address this. ### 5/5 — Not perfect, but works *2024-10-15* Love this app when it works. I’m not sure if it’s Soundcloud or the app, but sometimes tracks get frozen and stop playing on the watch. The spinning wheel appears. The login experience is far easier than daftcloud, I also like the QR share feature. Would be great to be able to scrub through tracks and also repeat a single track. It does not support offline downloads, so playback will stop if the Watch goes out of coverage or into Airplane Mode. I contacted the developer about this and how I could download the songs and listen to them from my watch. I waited for over 2 weeks for a reply and it never came. SoundCloud with password doesn't show captcha. Google sign in says something went wrong. Facebook sign in just redirects back to sign in after entering code. Finally, Apple sign in is impossible to try because there is no submit/continue button after entering email. I know this is not developer's fault, all these companies make it difficult to sign in to third parties. Pretty evil.
