I went to the apple store today and it is unavailable. This is the only way it’ll keep checking stock levels every minute or so. Even if you switch to another app, it’ll stop monitoring :/ …. In the words, this type of app should always have background app refresh. How can someone expect a customer to always have their phone unlocked at all times and keep their app in the front ? Secondly, there’s no method of notifying the customers in case a phone comes in stock somewhere nearby.
