Like other reviews it's definitely an RNG trap designed to entice you to pay money. However, they don't always fully deliver on what they have sold you. Customer service is terrible and will demand you prove to them you didn't receive what you paid for with screenshots (how do you screenshot something that didn't happen?). They claim they sent the purchased reward through internal mail but they didn't, or at the very least I didn't receive it. I'll take my money elsewhere ### 1/5 — 77 legendaries down the drain: how to delete your progress in one click 🗑️✨ *2026-05-27, version 1.6.06.781.1* The game is interesting, but if I knew beforehand how they would twist their algorithms, I wouldn't have even touched this project. I manually dismissed 77 legendary heroes, deleted all my top gear and resources just to finally get off this carousel.After their failures, they will probably roll out another "apology" with a Lord of choice, but these handouts no longer work. Even the recent freebie with Oren, who was apparently given out to everyone by accident because he was way too easy to get, doesn't save the situation. I only regret the time wasted.
