Doesnt pick up either of my watches. Both are connected to BlueTooth.

What is the purpose of this app find your watch signal then what , I’ve a feeling I’ve just been conned please explain what when you locate watches signal, THE WHY WHERE AND HOW. AS I SAY POINTLESS .
