  - Compatible with almost all current garage door openers that can be opened, closed via an existing wall button. 
  - Simple, quick DIY installation : under 5 min to set up for remote monitoring of garage door state change (via alert notification on your phone). An additional 10-15min to connect the kit to open/close the door.
    - Monitor and Control your garage from anywhere in the world via phone app, or voice commands using NousLogic “Nous Watchman” Skill.  
  - Control your garage via phone’s Bluetooth when internet access is not available. 
  - Get notification message on your smartphone when garage door is opened or closed 
     ** (Optional video camera) Click on Notification banner to bring up a live video feed on your phone display 
  - Share app control with family members temporarily or permanently (via their registered email account)
      ** (Optional low-cost NFC/QR Smart Doorbell Tag) With this patent-pending feature,  you can issue temporary access code for your (Airbnb) guests/FedEx delivery personnel to securely control the door by entering the code on a virtual keypad on their phone. Another feature is “Software-defined Remote” whereby this tag can emulate the function of the current garage RF remote. 
  - History log timestamps and stores all opened/closed events and controlled by whom. 
  - Geo-fencing feature (with programmable distance) automatically closes the garage door when you leave home and opens it when you return.
