App not accepting any email id when I try to register, it simply bounces off request by error "something went wrong" , there is no information on how to deal with this either on youtube or google. please let me know if this app works at all or not. I need to return my watch accordingly

I was so excited to see Sprint offer a kids watch, and so far we have been able to message back and forth, but I am hopeful for more updates and growth. The fact that the watch can only send and receive messages to one user is irritating. My husband has to log in as me in order to message the watch. Would love to be able to add additional users. What if there was an emergency and I wasn’t able to respond? Please tell me more updates are coming?!?

This was suppose to be able to allow my child to text me but it will only allow her to send a voice message that's not what was advertised! It doesn't send the text messages to get watch that I send from the app. This is overall a big let down and waste of time and money.

Updating again because your response was to the part of my message I said was already fixed. Please read again. 

I am updating my rating, the issue with the notifications has been resolved with the update thankfully, however there are still a few complaints. 

1. This app design is still horrible. I feel like I’m using an iPhone 4 when I’m in the app. It’s that bad. 

2.  This is a safety and legal issue, so I recommend you resolve it quickly before you are up to your neck in lawsuits. The watch is NOT E911 compliant. As a wireless communications device with a phone number there needs to be a feature for the child to contact Police and other public safety officials. I’m sure I don’t have to go into detail on how bad this could be for you if someone’s Child is hurt because they couldn’t contact the proper authorities. SOS is great for parents, but you need to figure out how to implement the ability to call police. I’d recommend removing the horrible voice messaging feature and catching the watch up to current times by allowing it to make phone calls.

I was so so so excited when I saw this.  I’m a sprint customer and absolutely love sprint but this Watch is a joke.  I’ve never gotten any messages after several different attempts.  BUT I do get sos texts so now my 8 year old thinks it’s okay to send those.  The gps is way off.  He was in school about to leave when it said leaving grandmas.  Which mind you lives 3 hours away 🤣🤣. Hope they fix these glitches soon!

There is no notification when child leaves safe area. The gps tracking is on the slow side as well when my kid is on the move in his school bus.

I have set up the app and linked the watch to it. For my husband to be able to contact our child, he has to log in using my information and on the watch, only my information comes up. There is no way to set up for more than one contact. This is a waste of money and I will be returning the watch as it is no better than a V-Tech Walmart watch.
