Hardly slept the night before! But I’ve been using it today and it’s been working great. It isn’t glitchy at all and always loads the camera right away. My daycare has it set that I only get 10 views a day- which stinks for sure but that’s not the app’s fault! Camera isn’t crystal clear but I know what my baby looks like and can see him clearly. They also have a camera over his crib. Wanted to post this for other parents that are nervous about the that day of daycare! Very happy so far with the app ### 5/5 — Never had problems *2025-09-24, version 2.4.17* Have been using with my LO at daycare for over a month and I’ve never had any issues. TBH the bad reviews scared me but I’ve genuinely had no problems with the app, seeing my child, and the cameras connecting. ### 2/5 — Why do you kick us out every few minutes? *2025-09-15, version 2.4.17* The app forces you to click Continue so so so many times! Every couple of minutes. While in the middle of watching ! So annoying!!! And there is NO Audio! Why??? So annoying!!! Also the quality is so 1980s! So bad and blurry. Schools please wake up and get a better app! Apparently the app developer does not care about the importance of this app for the users. ### 1/5 — Crazy inconsistent *2025-07-21, version 2.4.17* Our daycare uses this app and we have to EACH pay $30 a month just to access it. The camera quality on the app is garbage. The actual app goes offline EASILY more than 1/2 the time. It is a joke. It constantly freezes and then we get kicked out of our account multiple times a week. Legitimately a terrible app and any daycares that use it should stop immediately. Your one job is to allow for streaming of video to watch our kid and you can’t do that. ### 2/5 — Could be so much better *2025-05-30, version 2.4.17* I feel like they are constantly having issues with the app or cameras. The quality is pretty terrible. I never know how much of my 10 minutes I have left. There are just many things that they could improve on. ### 1/5 — Guess which blur is your kid *2024-10-23, version 2.4.14* On the rare occasion the cameras actually work you get to play the guessing game of “which one of these blurs running around the room is my child”. I suggest remembering what color clothes you put them in- it helps. Unless the cameras switch to black and white. Then, who knows! Wish our daycare would leave this service. ### 1/5 — Poor quality *2024-07-12, version 2.4.14* I log in several times per day and most of the time the app will not connect to the cameras or it will tell me I have reached the end of my session when I am trying to log in or it reports a network error has occurred. I have to constantly close the app and reopen to finally have a connection to the camera. This app only allows camera access and there is no way to communicate directly through this app. It would be more practical to have one app to use for the day care system rather than two separate apps- one for camera and one for communication. ### 5/5 — Great app to watch child at school *2024-06-27, version 2.4.14* Most of the bad reviews are parents upset with how their child’s school limits them. I have no issues with the app. Most of my issues come from bad service. ### 2/5 — So inconsistent! *2024-05-29, version 2.4.14* I get 8 viewing sessions of 5min each. After relaunching the app, I get 2s of video, which consumes a whole session. I’d then have to consume another session to get the actual 5 minutes of video ### 1/5 — It’s horrible *2024-01-08, version 2.4.9* I always log on and see a blank screen or a loading screen .
