Every couple of minutes. While in the middle of watching ! So annoying!!! And there is NO Audio! Why??? So annoying!!! Also the quality is so 1980s! So bad and blurry. Schools please wake up and get a better app! Apparently the app developer does not care about the importance of this app for the users. ### 2/5 — Could be so much better *2025-05-30, version 2.4.17* I feel like they are constantly having issues with the app or cameras. The quality is pretty terrible. I never know how much of my 10 minutes I have left. After relaunching the app, I get 2s of video, which consumes a whole session. Absent deleted and reinstalled multiple times with 6 to 12 hours in between logins. ### 2/5 — Many breaks and need to sign in again *2023-03-06, version 2.4.6* The video breaks many times and you have to log in again and again to continue watching. You’re only allowed to watch you’re child for limited time. And they give that option for the school to choose when that in fact should be the parent’s decision. We are your customers and the ones downloading the app. So the decision should be ours. Something should be done about this !! ### 1/5 — Horrendous app, camera quality and stream *2022-07-26, version 2.4.5* The worst app I have ever used. The camera quality is abysmal. The app allots timed sessions to prevent ongoing monitoring. Cannot use, cannot see, did I mention horrendous app? Horrendous. ### 2/5 — Not good! *2022-07-18, version 2.4.5* I have to use this app to see my son at daycare during the day, but it constantly freezes, goes dark, or skips into different viewing sessions, so I never truly get 6 viewing sessions because of all of the freezing and black outs. It’s just a bad app and poor quality. The faster your connection the better it works. Sometimes the picture isn’t continuous if connected to a slow internet. Maybe they have updated their equipment too. It does time out but a click of the button and it immediately picks up again. I suppose much is dependent on the location’s you are monitoring. I appreciate that my grandson is in a room with two camera angles so I can follow him wherever he wanders. My only complaint is I wish the cameras had just a little better resolution. 5-25-22. ### 1/5 — Portal Glitches Constantly *2022-05-17, version 2.4.5* Required 15 minute logins should be from last active time not 15 minutes from last login. Then, when you get kicked out and need to log back in you do so only to receive a “we’re sorry we still show you are signed into a previous session” error. ### 1/5 — Absolutely the worst, all time. *2022-03-18* I can't even with this app. The website, the app, everything about it is horrible. Plagued by disconnections, requests to re-login, and authentication errors, the platform is borderline unuseable for people that want to watch their kids at daycare. DO BETTER. Pick a daycare that uses a platform other than this one. ### 1/5 — Grateful but Needs Continual Updates *2022-02-18, version 2.4.1* I’m just grateful I have the opportunity to see my child at her daycare. However, to the devs, please keep up with the iOS updates. It’s a pain for how often they perform updates, but us users also have to go through this also. I’ve had to delete and download this app every time there’s a major update. I pay my daycare provider to use this software. I feel it’s in your best interest to also provide users the buggy updates as well. ### 1/5 — Login Error *2022-02-17, version 2.4.1* The app routinely displays login error network error. I’ve been using it for about a year and a half and the login issues have been persistent. I try deleting the app and reinstalling try restarting my phone but still issues persist ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Crazy inconsistent *2025-07-21, version 2.4.17* Our daycare uses this app and we have to EACH pay $30 a month just to access it. The camera quality on the app is garbage. The actual app goes offline EASILY more than 1/2 the time. It is a joke. It constantly freezes and then we get kicked out of our account multiple times a week. Legitimately a terrible app and any daycares that use it should stop immediately. Your one job is to allow for streaming of video to watch our kid and you can’t do that. ### 1/5 — Guess which blur is your kid *2024-10-23, version 2.4.14* On the rare occasion the cameras actually work you get to play the guessing game of “which one of these blurs running around the room is my child”. I suggest remembering what color clothes you put them in- it helps. Unless the cameras switch to black and white. Then, who knows! Wish our daycare would leave this service. ### 1/5 — Poor quality *2024-07-12, version 2.4.14* I log in several times per day and most of the time the app will not connect to the cameras or it will tell me I have reached the end of my session when I am trying to log in or it reports a network error has occurred. I have to constantly close the app and reopen to finally have a connection to the camera. This app only allows camera access and there is no way to communicate directly through this app. It would be more practical to have one app to use for the day care system rather than two separate apps- one for camera and one for communication. ### 1/5 — It’s horrible *2024-01-08, version 2.4.9* I always log on and see a blank screen or a loading screen . The pictures never appear like they’re supposed to . It never works and always says "All possible media sources have failed." It very frustrating because being able to check on my daughter at school is one of the reasons we picked the school that we picked. I contacted the company and they literally just sent back an email saying they know that it happens. And that was it. The website is fine. Hardly slept the night before! But I’ve been using it today and it’s been working great. It isn’t glitchy at all and always loads the camera right away. My daycare has it set that I only get 10 views a day- which stinks for sure but that’s not the app’s fault! Camera isn’t crystal clear but I know what my baby looks like and can see him clearly. They also have a camera over his crib. Wanted to post this for other parents that are nervous about the that day of daycare! However after using the app for almost two months I can safely say that this app works fine. Sure it doesn’t have the greatest interface but for what it does, it does it well. My wife and I have had zero issues with this app. We both have iPhone 11 Pros. The only thing that is a little annoying is sometime when you go to view a feed, it will say that your session timed out but all you have to do is click the link and you’re right back in the feed. There was even an issue with one of the cameras in our child’s room, the camera was zoomed in and not aimed correctly. The lady I spoke with on the phone was super nice and was here in the states, no annoying overseas call centers. They came out and replaced all three cameras in my child’s room and fixed the angles as well. Overall, my wife and I are totally satisfied with the service and the app. ### 5/5 — Removed ability to zoom *2017-05-22, version 1.5.6* Would be 5 stars but the recent update removed the ability to zoom. ### 5/5 — Great app and even better customer service *2017-05-16, version 1.5.6* Needed to email them on the morning that my daughter started pre-school after the old credentials we had from over a year ago for my older child were not sufficient, (by the way a great security feature so if your child leaves the school you lose access). Emailed their customer service at 9:00am and got a response in a matter of minutes, after they took the effort to call my daughters pre-school and variety that I should be given a new access to the cameras. Quick and easy and remembers my login and password.
