But you cant even watch anything on here! I want to watch my favorite show, big tume rush, but it tells you you have to go to a different app to watch it BUT THEY TOOK IT OFF NETFLIX! **Developer response:** Thanks for the feedback. But I think there may be some confusion about what the purpose of Watchmode is. Our all is a streaming guide, that combines all of your streaming services into one interface, and helps you find what to watch in your services. It’s not a streaming service that you can watch movies and shows on, you still need to have the individual services to be able to watch. According to our app, the show you are looking for Big Time Rush is current on Paramount+. ### 4/5 — The best of the bunch *2022-12-04* What I like most is the rating system, with multiple options; all-time favorite, love it, like it, just ok, not for me, and hated it - as opposed to thumbs up or down, or even a 4-star system. It also lets you rate your interest in things you haven’t seen as yes / maybe / no. This should allow for better recommendations because of more nuanced preferences. The search options are also very strong. When I’ve reported concerns or made suggestions, the team has been responsive and were even very gracious when one of my concerns was an embarrassing user error. So while it’s not a perfect app, it’s the best I’ve tried (and re-tried, since I do still shop around), I believe it will continue to improve. ### 1/5 — Can’t enter birthdate *2022-05-01* They require you to enter your date of birth but the scrolling mm/dd/yyyy are black (same as background), so you can’t see them. UPDATE: Turned my screen as bright as possible to see M/D/Y. The concept of this app is great, but first thing I noticed was no YouTubeTV. Also, even though I didn’t select Hulu, search results still show Hulu stuff. I picked a random show on Netflix, but after it opened the Netflix app, it pulled up a different show. This app seems to be riddled with issues. Don’t they test this stuff before putting it out there? **Developer response:** Thanks for the feedback! The date of birth issue was actually quite new, and you were the first user to report that to us, so thank you, that was very helpful. The issue has to do with Apple automatically changing the text color for certain users based on the device being in dark or light mode. We have just released an update with a fix for this. We don’t support YoutubeTV yet, or any other live TV service, but we’d love to add it at some point. It’s a lot of work to add services and we’re a very small team. We also just fixed an issue that was causing some titles to show up on services that were outside of your region. That may be what caused you to see Hulu titles when you didn’t select Hulu, but if you any examples of this or screenshots please send them to support@watchmode.com and we’ll fix it. ### 5/5 — Great app *2022-01-07* Love this because I can see what’s on and where to find it. Plus the release dates of episodes of the showed I like on the stingy networks that release week by week. ### 5/5 — The Best Movie & TV Tracker Available *2021-10-17* I’ve tried virtually every available movie & tv tracker app, and this one far surpasses them all. I’ve finally found a single app that has all the features I’ve been searching for. The customer support is outstanding. I always receive a timely response and resolution to my issue. Brian is also open to any constructive feedback. His priority is making the best user experience. I can’t recommend this app enough. If you’re looking for the best tv & movie tracking app, look no further.
