Worse yet, the watch app doesn’t show accurate real time data, and for example when trying to lock/unlock, the app pretends as if action was successful even if the car doesn’t register it. ### 2/5 — Not working *2025-10-27* The app looks cool but it requires an act of God to pair it with the account, vehicle and the Apple Watch. You cannot add the app to a watch face in any way!! Unbelievable The developer will not reply to any messages/emails I’ve sent several times not worth it for $30 ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2025-09-09* Unable to connect to my G2 R1S. I have the latest app update and has never worked for me. Waste of money. **Developer response:** Sorry for the problems. We have a new update in the app store, can you please try again. Hope that I didn’t just blow $30. Every time I enter code sent to email I get error message but no information regarding what the problem is. Follow up…I am using version 1.0.5 (18). Cannot get pairing to work…just keeps saying “try again”. Is there a newer version than this? The version listed on the App Store is version 1.0.2. This is rather confusing (is 1.0.2 newer than 1.0.5?). Please either fix the app or refund my money. The app will not pair to the phone or watch. My Rivian is a ‘25 R1T and my iPhone is a 16 pro running iOS 18.6. My watch is a series 8 running watchOS version 11.6 (22U84). **Developer response:** Thanks for letting us know about the issue. Doesn’t work, awful response time from Customer Support, and to boot after multiple submissions to the App Store requesting a refund for the insane $29.99 charge I got denied. In all of my years purchasing and using apps, this takes the cake for the WORST experience. Was excited to download it, when it was announced. Guess what? It’s terrible, doesn’t get past getting a code to verify your email account. I have deleted the app, reinstalled and zip, same nonsense.
