In the past months it became SUPER SLOW to sync. I mean hours. The support team has videos, they are also SLOW to reply to emails. In one of the videos they instruct to delete the app from iPhone and watch. Restart each one and re-download the App. It works GREAT for a couple of days and then back to super SLOW sync.
